1. Veri sorumlusu

Bu politika, nulvanto.com web sitesi ile Nulvanto masaüstü uygulaması (“Nulvanto”, “biz”) için geçerlidir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu Nulvanto’dur. Her türlü soru ve başvuru için: info@nulvanto.com.

2. Web sitesinde işlenen veriler

Siteyi ziyaret ettiğinde ya da bir dosya indirdiğinde, web sunucumuz her istek için standart bir erişim kaydı tutar:

Bu kayıtlar KVKK m. 5/2-f uyarınca meşru menfaatimiz (hizmetin güvenli ve çalışır tutulması) hukuki sebebine dayanır. Kayıtları profil çıkarmak, reklam ya da pazarlama için kullanmayız, satmayız ve kimseyle paylaşmayız; yasal bir zorunluluk (ör. yetkili makam talebi) saklıdır.

Site; yazı tipi, analitik, reklam ya da sosyal medya hizmeti gibi üçüncü taraf kaynak yüklemez. Tarayıcın bu sayfayı açarken yalnızca bizim sunucumuzla konuşur.

3. Nulvanto uygulaması

Cihazında kalan veriler

• Ayarlar ve proxy listesi bilgisayarında %APPDATA%\Nulvanto klasöründe tutulur. Proxy şifreleri Windows DPAPI ile yalnızca senin Windows hesabının çözebileceği şekilde şifrelenir.
• Tarama verileri (çerezler, önbellek, site depolaması) geçici bir klasörde tutulur; Nulvanto kapanınca ya da yeni kimliğe geçtiğinde silinir.
• Kart Radar bulguları yalnızca bellekte tutulur; kart numaraları maskelenir, CVV, şifre ve token değerleri silinir. Hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
• IP itibarı sonuçları proxy kaydının yanında cihazında saklanır.

Bu verilere bizim erişimimiz yoktur.

Bize gelen tek istek: güncelleme kontrolü

Nulvanto her açılışta nulvanto.com/download/ adresinden sürüm dosyasını ister; yeni sürüm varsa kurulum paketini indirir. Bu istekler sunucumuzda 2. bölümde anlatılan erişim kaydını oluşturur (IP adresi ve uygulama sürümünü içeren tarayıcı bilgisi dahil). Güncelleme isteği tarama oturumundan ve proxy’den bağımsızdır; tarama kimliğinle, ziyaret ettiğin sitelerle ya da proxy’nle ilişkilendirilmez.

Uygulama telemetri, kullanım istatistiği, çökme raporu ya da reklam kimliği göndermez.

4. Uygulamanın kullandığı üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Bazı özellikler çalışmak için dış servislere bağlanır. Bu servisler bizim değildir; kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Bağlantı biçimi aşağıdaki gibidir:

Ziyaret ettiğin web siteleri, gördükleri verileri kendi politikalarına göre işler. Nulvanto tarayıcı kaynaklı izleri azaltır ancak sitelerin veri işlemesini kontrol etmez.

5. Çerezler ve yerel depolama

Web sitemiz çerez kullanmaz. Yalnızca seçtiğin dili (TR/EN) hatırlamak için tarayıcının yerel depolamasına (localStorage) tek bir değer yazar; bu değer cihazında kalır ve bize gönderilmez. Tarayıcı ayarlarından istediğin zaman silebilirsin.

6. Yurt dışına aktarım

Sunucumuz Hetzner Online GmbH tarafından Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ndeki bir veri merkezinde barındırılır. Bu nedenle 2. bölümdeki erişim kayıtları yurt dışında tutulur. Barındırma sağlayıcısı verileri yalnızca altyapı hizmeti vermek için işler.

7. Hakların

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, itiraz etme ve zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Avrupa Birliği’nde yaşıyorsan GDPR kapsamındaki haklar da geçerlidir.

Başvurunu info@nulvanto.com adresine gönderebilirsin. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Erişim kayıtları yalnızca IP adresi ve zamanla tutulduğundan, talebini değerlendirebilmemiz için ilgili IP adresini ve tarih aralığını belirtmen gerekebilir. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyet hakkın saklıdır.

8. Güvenlik

Site ve indirmeler şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden sunulur. Sunucuya erişim anahtar tabanlı kimlik doğrulamayla sınırlıdır. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir ihlal fark edersek yasal yükümlülüklerimiz doğrultusunda bildirim yaparız.

9. Çocuklar

Nulvanto 18 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamayız.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde sayfanın üstündeki tarihi yeniler, gerektiğinde sitede duyururuz.

1. Data controller

This policy applies to the nulvanto.com website and the Nulvanto desktop application (“Nulvanto”, “we”). Nulvanto is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Contact: info@nulvanto.com.

2. Data processed on the website

When you visit the site or download a file, our web server keeps a standard access log for each request:

These logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use them for profiling, advertising or marketing, and we do not sell or share them, except where required by law (e.g. a lawful request from authorities).

The site loads no third-party resources such as fonts, analytics, ads or social media widgets. Your browser only talks to our server.

3. The Nulvanto app

Data that stays on your device

• Settings and proxy list are stored in %APPDATA%\Nulvanto on your computer. Proxy passwords are encrypted with Windows DPAPI so only your Windows account can decrypt them.
• Browsing data (cookies, cache, site storage) lives in a temporary folder and is deleted when Nulvanto closes or when you switch identity.
• Card Radar findings are kept in memory only; card numbers are masked and CVV, password and token values are removed. Nothing is sent anywhere.
• IP reputation results are stored on your device next to the proxy entry.

We have no access to any of this data.

The only request that reaches us: update checks

Each time Nulvanto starts it requests the version file from nulvanto.com/download/ and downloads the installer if a new version exists. These requests create the access log entries described in section 2 (including your IP address and a User-Agent containing the app version). Update checks are independent of your browsing session and proxy; they are not linked to your browsing identity, the sites you visit or your proxy.

The app sends no telemetry, usage statistics, crash reports or advertising identifiers.

4. Third-party services used by the app

Some features connect to external services to work. These services are not operated by us and their own privacy policies apply:

Websites you visit process the data they receive under their own policies. Nulvanto reduces browser-level traces but does not control how websites process data.

5. Cookies and local storage

Our website does not use cookies. It stores a single value in your browser’s localStorage to remember your language (TR/EN); it stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

6. International transfer

Our server is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in a data center in the United States, so the access logs in section 2 are stored outside Türkiye and the EU. The hosting provider processes data solely to provide infrastructure.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask whether we process your personal data, request access, rectification or deletion, object to processing, and request compensation for damage. EU residents may also request restriction and data portability and may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

Send your request to info@nulvanto.com. We respond within 30 days. Because access logs only contain an IP address and time, we may need the relevant IP address and date range to handle your request.

8. Security

The site and downloads are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Server access is restricted to key-based authentication. No system is perfect; if we become aware of a breach we will notify as required by law.

9. Children

Nulvanto is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, announce it on the site.
